Garima Avtar is a professional rally racing driver who has managed to excel in a highly male dominated field while simultaneously managing the upbringing of her child and a high designation in a reputed corporate. She is associated with many big names such as Mercedes Benz. She is the First Professional Woman Driver for Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive since 2016.She is now among a few female rally drivers to have participated in almost all of India's major motorsport competitions. How do you begin to pursue your dreams when there is no clear path in front of you? Real inspiration and growth comes from stepping away from what’s comfortable and familiar and stepping into the unknown, if we could only sum up the courage. When it comes to being courageous, it is about taking risks by carving your own path and DOING IT YOUR WAY. Garima Avtar, a professional rally racing driver, began her journey in Motorsports by being part of the highly sought after Team Mahindra, doing TSD (Time, Speed, Distance) rallying and then graduated to extreme or high speed rallying. The intensive racing action has won her many laurels.She is one of the professional drivers for Mercedes Benz for their Luxe Drive program and part of Autocar which is India’s leading auto show on Times Now. When not participating in Rallies she can be seen zipping to work as Corporate Vice President at Delton Cables Ltd.
